We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to provide ad-hoc temporary support to our client’s corporate reception and switchboard during holiday and sickness periods.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who prefer short-term or flexible work arrangements and are looking for a chance to gain experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and transferring calls in a busy switchboard environment
  • Managing emails and data entry tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service and meeting and greeting clients

Applicants should be polished, well-spoken, and presentable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Work hours will be 08:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to work across various weeks throughout the year.
