Job Title: Software Engineer

Avanti Recruitment is currently working with an established and growing software company in Birmingham, seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on creating cutting-edge software solutions that are reshaping the automotive retail landscape. As a Software Engineer, you will be developing and maintaining a cloud-based management system, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership for Agile Development teams focusing on a web-based SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain cloud-based management systems using C# &.NET/.NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Razor, Web API, SQL Server, T-SQL, and Azure DevOps/TFS.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  3. Provide technical leadership for Agile Development teams.
  4. Design and develop databases, including queries, performance optimization, table design, and stored procedures.
  5. Familiarity with Visual Studio and Agile frameworks.
Requirements:
  1. Strong problem-solving skills and passion for creating web solutions.
  2. Experience in database development, including queries, performance optimization, table design, and stored procedures.
  3. Familiarity with Visual Studio and Agile frameworks.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  5. Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
