Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at ITS Building People. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with our company's quality policy.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of contractors, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work meets our quality standards and identify any areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to our company's health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: SSSTS and 1st Aid cards are essential.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
