Reporting directly to the Stock and Systems Manager, this role offers a flexible shift pattern and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential first-level site support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related applications.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to user requests and address any issues they may encounter.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to identify and resolve site-specific challenges, proposing configuration adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure seamless system operation through ongoing support and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation for easy reference.
  • Rigorously test new software releases against predefined requirements.
  • Proactively recommend operational enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage user accounts and oversee reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the WMS and its associated applications.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience working with Warehouse Management and Automation systems.
  • A deep understanding of warehouse processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to effectively troubleshoot technical issues related to the WMS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and users.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as SQL and Ki-Soft.
  • Experience with Manhattan Associates WMS configuration is highly desirable.
