Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in our busy residential sales department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential vendors
  • Conduct property viewings and provide exceptional customer service
  • Negotiate sales and progress them through to completion
  • Provide weekly sales figures and reports
  • Take and put forward offers on properties
  • Follow up on viewings and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Canvass new properties on the market to potential buyers

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in IT and administrative processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Local knowledge and a full driving license are preferred
