As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our clients' safety cases, working closely with customers and supply chain partners to identify and mitigate design issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Safety Case Development: Assist in the development and implementation of safety cases for our clients' projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with engineering and technical activities, ensuring the safety of our clients' personnel and assets.
  • Technical Interface: Provide a technical interface with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements within the operational and design lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvements in quality, cycle time, and asset utilization.
  • Engineering Solutions: Apply engineering domain knowledge to produce technical solutions and documentation in support of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Project Management: Plan, deliver, and monitor assigned tasks and projects, ensuring requirements are delivered to time, quality, and cost.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, promoting their effective working and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant engineering discipline, with significant demonstrable experience.
  • Experience: Significant experience in working collaboratively in multi-discipline teams to deliver activities on a range of project types.
  • Skills: Demonstrable experience in covering a variety of tasks, strong communications skills, and the ability to interface with other disciplines.
