We are seeking a committed Assistant Manager who can effectively lead, motivate, and inspire a team within our friendly Starbucks environment. The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, acting as their right-hand individual.

As the second-in-command, you will be instrumental in ensuring the team operates efficiently, focusing on driving sales and enhancing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include team leadership and engagement, alongside participating in beverage preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent service to our valued customers.
