We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team, responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and review individual services to ensure they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Supervise, instruct, and support care workers to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Implement quality assurance processes through monitoring and spot checks to ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of care workers to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in carrying out needs and risk assessments, and developing person-centred plans of care delivery.
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team of care workers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
