Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Big O Tires - Hamilton. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs.
  2. Source and screen candidates through various channels, including resume databases and job boards.
  3. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidate recommendations.
  4. Prepare and post job descriptions, as well as manage the application process.
  5. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to Hiring Managers.
  6. Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
  6. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and Hiring Managers.
