Senior Property Manager Opportunity

We're working with a well-established, independent, multi-office managing agent who oversees high-quality blocks and estates on behalf of freeholders and residents' management companies across the UK, with a strong presence in the South East.

With a significant pipeline of new instructions going live, they now seek a Senior Property Manager to consolidate the team and work alongside the directors. The ideal candidate will have a stable career history and a successful track record of retaining key blocks and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working full-time in an office-based environment (Bromley) to start, with the option to transition to a hybrid working arrangement (1 day home) once settled and through probation.
  • Highly experienced with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • MTPI qualification (or RICS equivalent) is essential.
  • Driver with a vehicle is essential, as some of the portfolio is accessible by public transport, while others require a vehicle.
  • Overseeing a small, important portfolio initially (10 blocks) with a view to adding new blocks as they go live.
  • Acting as a go-to advisor to a team of 2 property managers, dealing with escalated issues, technical matters, and providing general advice as required.
  • Involvement in new business, including client liaison and handover.
  • Knowledge of the Building Safety Act is essential (training can be provided to further a basic understanding).
