Patient Pathway Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our dynamic administration team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration and customer service hubs, which cater to various specialties including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointment bookings from initial outpatient visits to surgery and post-operative reviews, including liaison with referrers and external providers of diagnostic services.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support over the telephone and in reception areas, ensuring a high-quality service and treatment experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain accurate records, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
