About the Role

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Architecture to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of data centre projects, overseeing all aspects from initial planning to final completion.
  • Manage due diligence and design projects, providing leadership in various engineering disciplines for new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule, meeting design standards and maintaining high quality.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to achieve excellence in technical delivery.
  • Foster relationships with clients and collaborate with other divisions within the company.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Take the lead on proposals and bidding processes.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified Architect with at least 7-10+ years of post qualification experience.
  • Extensive experience of working on large scale data centre projects.
  • Proven delivery in the Data Centre sector, along with Logistics & Industrial experience being a benefit.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring individuals and teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management experience.
  • Be financially and commercially astute.
