Senior Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Litigation Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in York. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success in a range of litigation work, including landlord/tenant, construction, shareholder/partnership disputes, contentious probate, and contract disputes.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing expert advice to clients, and working closely with our team to achieve outstanding results. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex litigation cases

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation
  • Strong background in a range of litigation work, including landlord/tenant, construction, shareholder/partnership disputes, contentious probate, and contract disputes
  • Proven track record of success in litigation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively as part of a team
