Job Overview

Insight Select is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in a permanent capacity. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the replenishment of various product ranges, maximizing service to customers while reducing costs and providing analytical support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning: Analyze trends and become an expert on product life-cycle management, ensuring accurate forecasting and minimizing stock obsolescence.
  • Supply Planning: Implement frequent inventory reviews to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate monthly stock forecasting, account for any changes, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Improvement Projects: Lead improvement projects, develop accurate reporting, and provide key data to inform business decisions.
  • Data Quality: Run audits to ensure ERP systems are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards.
  • Reporting: Develop and run monthly reports, sharing results with the supply chain team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize ERP systems daily, building on knowledge to become a super-user and provide technical support to the team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or demand planning role.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel) and the ability to navigate complex data.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Package:

  • £25,000 - £30,000.
  • Bonus (performance dependent).
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holiday.
  • Company pension.
