- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Ensure optimal performance and quality standards are met
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Develop, coach, and upskill team members to meet and exceed their potential
- Handle key HR responsibilities including Return to Work (RTW) processes, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, holiday management, and conducting thorough investigations when needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A background as a Production Supervisor or Production Shift Manager in high-care food manufacturing
- Experience in managing fast-paced production environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
