**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Analyst to join our IT team at Hexaware Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's Active Directory infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement group policy objects (GPOs) to ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Active Directory with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

• Troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve problems efficiently.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Active Directory infrastructure and processes, ensuring easy access and understanding for all stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve Active Directory services and ensure our infrastructure remains secure and efficient.

**Requirements:**

• 4+ years of experience in Active Directory administration and analysis, with a strong understanding of directory services and infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, components, and security, with the ability to design and implement secure solutions.

• Experience with group policy management, troubleshooting, and security auditing, with a focus on ensuring compliance and security.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent certification preferred, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a strong foundation in computer systems and networking.
