Team Overview
DWS Alternatives encompasses a diverse portfolio with substantial assets under management across various investment approaches. Within the DWS Infrastructure team, your focus will be on overseeing Debt and Equity investments in vital Infrastructure enterprises across multiple sectors.
Role Responsibilities
- Assess potential infrastructure investment prospects throughout Europe
- Spearhead due diligence and acquisition initiatives
- Evaluate and endorse investment prospects based on risk and return analysis
- Develop and refine financial models for valuation assessments
- Execute asset management tasks and engage with portfolio company leadership
- Assist in fundraising efforts and prepare documentation for investment committees
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, or related domains
- In-depth understanding of the investment life cycle and infrastructure sectors in Europe
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in cash flow modeling
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant financial discipline preferred
- Capacity to perform under pressure and exhibit strong project management abilities
