The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager in Training to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do. You will coach your team to fulfill their full potential, ensuring that you and your team embody our core values of 'Care, Community, and Connection'.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in creating a positive and inclusive restaurant environment
  • Coach and develop your team to fulfill their full potential

  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least one year's experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment. You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it's at its busiest. You will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to developing your skills and knowledge.
