Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing site planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in fault finding, VSDs, motors, sensors, contactors, relays, belts, bearings, chains, and gearboxes.
This is a permanent position that offers career opportunities and a chance to work with a well-established industrial FMCG manufacturing company based in Chatham, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform site planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
- Work with electrical and mechanical systems, including fault finding and repair
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of machinery
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Engineering qualification in electrical or mechanical
- Multi-skilled engineer with experience in both electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
