Our offerings enable individuals to stay in their homes, reducing unnecessary hospital stays and allowing the NHS to focus on critical care where it is most required.

Shift Pattern: Full Time, 14:00 - 22:30

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the success of our operations. Your responsibilities will include picking and loading equipment, ensuring that our service users receive timely assistance.

In addition to equipment handling, you will receive training in Decontamination and Cleaning processes, equipment repair, and collaboration with our Driver Technicians. You will also oversee the management of goods entering and leaving the Warehouse, while upholding health and safety standards by maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Inventory management will also be part of your duties, utilizing handheld scanning devices.

While our Service Centre is currently located in Aylesford, we provide equipment services throughout the region. Comprehensive training will be offered as part of this role.

Most importantly, you will possess the compassion and care necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our services, guaranteeing that our service users receive reliable and efficient support.
