Job Description

Job Title: Night Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at Park Grand Hotels. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the night operations of our hotel, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle late/early guest check-ins and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Conduct nightly security inspections to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Master the Fire Evacuation procedure and implement it as necessary.
  • Assist in training night team members and maintain records of training and development.
  • Attend necessary meetings and conduct monthly night meetings to discuss key issues and concerns.
  • Oversee public areas and cashiers desk, especially during check-out, to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Review the shift and conduct handovers and briefings to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
  • Maintain technical knowledge and skills to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Manage night audit operation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Promptly respond to guest requests and queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update guest profiles with preferences and address feedback to ensure a personalized experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Supervisory experience, preferably in hotels.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Approachable, professional, and an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Opera.
  • Previous experience in a 5* property preferable.

Eligibility:

  • Candidates must be authorized to live and work in the UK.
  • Currently, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
