Position Overview: We are seeking a Service Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment in the field, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address daily service repair requirements while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work and submit necessary paperwork promptly.
  • Engage in service sales opportunities as they arise.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and service teams.
  • Build strong relationships with senior Field Service Engineers and Product Specialists.
  • Manage and reduce operational costs.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in mechanical and air-conditioning systems.
  • Skilled in using MS Office Suite and specialized software.
  • Familiarity with metrology and handheld tools.
  • Experience in diagnosing electrical and electronic systems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and navigate high-pressure situations.
  • Responsive to customer requirements at all times.
