About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchens and service counters, delivering exceptional food experiences, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare delicious food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise our culinary and catering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Communication and Liaison: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, and liaise with customers and our teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Brand Representation: Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image, upholding our values and standards.
  • Training and Development: Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Requirements
  • Passion for Food and Service: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Catering Experience: Have a minimum of two years of catering experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Team Management: Have experience managing teams in a similar role, with a focus on leadership and development.
  • Certifications: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill and develop their career.
