About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience
  • Assist customers with their queries, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their needs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
