Product Demonstrator and Trainer Role

We are seeking a professional and confident individual to join our team as a Product Demonstrator and Trainer. As an expert in our system, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one and group training to users, as well as providing system demonstrations to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering training sessions to users, both individually and in groups
  • Providing system demonstrations to prospective clients, including presentations at sales meetings and demonstrations at large healthcare conferences
  • Supporting user groups, meeting training needs, and analyzing and troubleshooting system issues
  • Acting as an ambassador for TPP, with excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet

Requirements:

  • Background in a training or customer-facing role
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UK and internationally
