Senior C++ Developer - Hybrid Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Developer to join our innovative team at Oliver Bernard. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our cutting-edge technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Oversee the development of our technology products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with our product and development managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct peer reviews to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Technical Design: Develop technical designs that meet business requirements and drive innovation.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our product and development managers to guide the product roadmap and drive business growth.

Essential Skills:

  • C++ Expertise: Advanced skills in C++ programming, with a strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Build Tools: Experience with Jenkins or similar build tools, with a strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery.
  • API Design: Strong knowledge of API design using SOAP and REST, with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts, with a focus on security and reliability.
  • Cross-Platform Development: Experience in developing software for multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux, and Web.
  • System Design: Proficient in designing scalable, concurrent, and fault-tolerant systems, with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Debugging: Excellent diagnostic and debugging skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Source Control: Proficient in GIT and source control systems, with a focus on collaboration and version control.
  • Automated Testing: Familiarity with automated testing techniques, with a focus on ensuring software quality and reliability.
