About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Change Consultant to join our team at Emergn. As a key member of our Consulting Practice, you will be responsible for leading large-scale digital transformation projects and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex digital transformation projects, shaping and executing strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver transformational digital products and experiences that add value to our clients' businesses and customers' lives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement of Emergn's body of knowledge, value propositions, products & services, and working practices.
  • Contribute to the development of consulting capability within Emergn, driving excellence in our consulting practice.
Requirements
  • Expertise in management consulting, professional services, or senior positions in an enterprise organization.
  • Experience in agile and/or lean product development, including the value and principles, and how they are applied in enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of leading implementation teams and product transformations, dealing with complexity.
  • Experience in one or more agile methodologies and practices (Lean, Kanban, XP, TDD, CI), and how they can be applied in a product development/program delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of how to implement models that solve challenges with Portfolio or Product Management and Agile Enablement, including the structure of work, organizational design, and skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent client relationship/client-facing skills, with strong team building, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Highly skilled in large-scale enterprise change projects & programs.
