As a Beverage and Food Service Assistant, your responsibilities will include clearing used plates, cups, cutlery, and other items from the dining and bar areas to the kitchen for cleaning.

You will ensure tables are wiped down, restock cutlery, sauces, and napkins, while preparing tables for the next guests.

Additionally, you will support the serving team by delivering food and beverages as ordered.

Your role is crucial in maintaining a clean and inviting environment, while attentively observing guests and communicating their needs to the serving team, or addressing them directly.

This level of service is what keeps our guests returning.
