Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

HealthNet Homecare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing inventory to processing and shipping orders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Process and store inventory in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored in their designated locations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Receive and process orders, ensuring that all items are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure that all items are accurately counted and stored, and report any discrepancies to the logistics manager.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external couriers to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
