This role is ideal for a fully qualified ACCA/ACA professional with a strong background in audit management, preferably from a Top 100 or multi-practice firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and audit of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead and manage the Audit team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain the company's high standards of quality, both in audit and service delivery.
  • Train and develop other staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACA qualification and a strong background in audit management.
  • At least one year of post-qualified practice experience, preferably in an audit senior or manager capacity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts and tax compliance, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
