Your contributions will be essential in collecting and interpreting data from portfolio companies, aiding in the assessment of investment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of individual portfolio valuations, typically conducted bi-annually, which includes gathering relevant market comparables and building valuation models.
  • Support the reporting process by collating internal information, managing project timelines, and organizing meetings with stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation papers that include performance commentary, justification for valuation methodologies, and triangulation insights.
  • Conduct regular analyses on fund performance and its underlying drivers, contributing to financial and marketing reporting.

Qualifications: Valuation experience is essential, preferably gained within a consulting environment, with exposure to portfolio valuations in private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments. Candidates with ACA, ACCA qualifications, or CFA charter holders are preferred but not mandatory. A solid understanding of International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines is advantageous.
