About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Account Manager to join our team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists. As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships from a programmatic perspective, participating in pitches, and supporting senior management with various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in applying programmatic buying strategies and set the standard for tactical execution, planning, reconciliation, and end-to-end processes.
- Manage some of the biggest clients in the agency, attending initial client briefings, and providing feedback early on the planning process.
- Line manage and mentor a junior trader, responsible for their career progression and training.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and innovations within the programmatic sector, contributing to wider digital testing roadmaps.
- Confidently present analysis, updates, and strategic recommendations in face-to-face meetings with clients and internally.
- Support the Head of Programmatic in new business pitches and wider projects.
- Be accountable for best-in-class work delivered on your accounts.
- Collaborate with digital planners to ensure campaigns align with all other channels.
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
Requirements
- Roughly 4 years of experience in a Programmatic planning and buying role (agency or trading desk), with a proven ability to deliver successful large-scale Programmatic Campaigns.
- Hands-on experience working in various DSPs, activating across a range of channels, including video, YouTube, and display.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the ad tech landscape.
- Strong experience of critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong interest and knowledge in the Programmatic landscape.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of technology platforms and integration.
- Great communicator, both verbally and written, confident in front of clients with the ability to understand their wider business and challenges.
- Ability to anticipate issues and be proactive in producing solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of all media channels.
