Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the performance and activities of the Sales and Retention team.
- Motivate and guide the center team to provide tailored membership options and outstanding customer service.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the fitness and leisure sector to effectively share insights with clients.
- Conduct local market analysis and respond to demographic trends accordingly.
- Proactively drive sales and retention efforts, ensuring adherence to established sales protocols and reporting procedures.
- Develop and manage a monthly KPI, Marketing & Cancellation strategy to optimize sales, revenue, and staffing.
- Monitor sales targets and report outcomes to the Sales & Retention Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall membership growth and retention.
- Drive revenue across various offerings, including Swim School, Junior Memberships, and Pay-As-You-Go options.
- Ensure customer service objectives are met, responding to feedback promptly and conducting weekly analyses of customer comments.
Candidate Profile:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the leisure sector, with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, along with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate team members effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications, with experience in CRM or booking software being advantageous.
