Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Air-conditioning Technical Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a project design team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve documents, designs, and drawings to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Contribute to the development of design solutions for a portfolio of projects, working closely with the project design team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a focus on bridges and civil engineering structures.
- Experience with Network Rail's design assurance process and CRE (Civils) endorsement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
