Role Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will be tasked with providing outstanding service to our clients, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and our internal performance metrics. Your main objective will be to facilitate the fulfillment of photographic needs while also managing ATL (excluding TV) and CRM (including Mailer) requirements. You will ensure that all deliverables are executed within budget, on schedule, and aligned with brand standards. Collaboration with the Creative Production Account Director and Business Development team will be essential to promote our comprehensive service offerings and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the client's marketing strategy, objectives, and goals, enabling optimal service delivery.
  • Maintain professional standards in all processes and best practices to guarantee impeccable project execution, ensuring that every initiative is right the first time and delivered on time.
  • Address all client inquiries within agreed service level agreements, crafting robust proposals and timelines to support project execution.
  • Lead the development of exemplary briefs to assist creative and photography teams in achieving outstanding results.
  • Provide strategic creative insights to client marketing teams, advising on creative direction, channel execution, and brand consistency.
  • Assist in gathering and validating photographic requirements from clients, creating shot count matrices as needed.
  • Engage relevant internal subject matter experts to support project delivery, including strategists, Executive Creative Directors, and Performance Marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Traffic Manager and Production teams to ensure efficient scheduling and resource management, while keeping senior client stakeholders informed about resource utilization and potential shifts to a Pay as You Go model.
  • Work closely with other agency partners, participating in all-agency briefings and regular status updates.
  • Maintain accurate status reports for both clients and internal teams to monitor account performance and prioritize client needs.
  • Oversee the Photographic Profit and Loss statement, optimizing commercial benefits to ensure maximum profitability while adhering to client agreements.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a creative capacity within Retail Marketing across various channels (e.g., Radio, POS, Digital).
  • Proven track record in managing complex, large-scale photography projects.
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail marketing environment.
  • Exceptional customer management skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities, adept at navigating shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly under pressure.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Numerically proficient and commercially aware.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Adobe software solutions (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
