Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Transfer Specialist to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful transfer of technical processes and products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between internal subject matter experts and external clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement technical transfer plans to meet client expectations and internal delivery requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage client expectations and coordinate internal delivery expectations to ensure alignment.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the transfer process.

Requirements

  • Experience in terminal sterilization, either in-house or outsourced.
  • Previous client-facing experience.
  • Project management capability, either through experience or training.
  • Understanding of the CDMO/CMO space and ability to coordinate delivery.
  • Good experience in technology transfer processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing.
  • Experience in filling and finish operations.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
