Senior Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Manager to join our team at Accountancy Expertise Ltd. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of clients, including Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Manage your own portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT.
- Accounting and Tax: Prepare, send, and submit accounts and tax returns for clients, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing queries and chasing necessary documentation.
- Onboarding and Integration: Welcome new clients, integrating them into your portfolio and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Tax Efficiency: Assess and advise clients on their tax position, optimizing their tax efficiency and planning.
- Advisory Services: Provide advisory-level services, including cash flow, budgeting, pricing, and other business-related matters.
- Bookkeeping and VAT: Complete, review, and prepare bookkeeping, VAT returns, and CIS as required.
- HMRC and Compliance: Deal with HMRC queries, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Client Administration: Maintain electronic filing of books and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Professional Development: Manage and maintain professional development, completing relevant CPD required by your professional body.
- Training and Development: Participate in internal and external training, including client bookkeeping training.
- Client Fee Reviews: Conduct client fee reviews, ensuring fair and competitive pricing.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Manager to join our team. If you have a good accounts background, a professional qualification such as AAT, ACCA, or ACA, and a good working knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, and Xero, we would love to hear from you.
