About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team at Parker Shaw. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project transitions and service acceptance
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date systems configuration documents
  • Configure and test new Oracle Fusion HCM features to drive business value
  • Provide expert advice and education to data owners and users to improve master data integrity and data flow between systems
  • Evaluate, design, implement, test, and deliver configuration and reporting solutions with Fusion HCM
  • Lead workshops to identify and solve HCM challenges and drive process improvements
  • Facilitate technical resolution and business communication for critical issues
  • Translate requirements and documentation for various audiences
Requirements
  • Experience in running and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM and Legacy systems
  • Understanding of HCM functional processes and key end-to-end business processes
  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service, and HR Workflow
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders
  • A proven track record of being proactive and driving initiatives
  • ITSM toolset experience
Desirable Qualifications
  • Implementation of Oracle Redwood
  • Experience in implementing and working with ITIL processes
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification (Intermediate level or above)
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Professional
