We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Chef to join our team at Childbase. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of meals to cater for varied dietary requirements in a professional kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a kitchen team, ensuring a clean, safe, and tidy 5-star kitchen is maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for accurately recording temperature checks, producing essential reports on allergy management and food wastage, and working in conjunction with our central health, safety, and environment support team as required.
As a Nursery Chef at Childbase, you will have the opportunity to work in a busy, team-orientated environment and manage a budget to champion healthy eating. You will also be responsible for line-managing a kitchen assistant to ensure that the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards.
