Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced Roadside Mechanics to join our Roadside Patrol team. As a Roadside Mechanic, you will be responsible for handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues, utilizing your technical expertise to provide exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle faults, utilizing technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and industry developments, ensuring continued professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • A full UK driving licence.
