CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to present a new opportunity for a Senior Commercial Heating Technician to join a reputable contractor on a permanent basis, focusing on the Central Belt region. This position is with a company that specializes in facilities management, catering to a diverse range of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting services, repairs, and maintenance across various commercial properties.
  • Performing reactive maintenance within the client portfolio.
  • Managing smaller installation projects independently.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of contracted buildings, ensuring the repair and maintenance of multiple systems.
  • Diagnosing and identifying faults and failures in equipment.
  • Ordering and fitting necessary parts or components as required.
  • Executing both reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
Person Specification:

Commercial gas qualifications including COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, TPCP1 and 1A, ICPN1 are essential.

Proficiency in servicing and troubleshooting commercial gas appliances using electrical testing tools.
Ability to utilize initiative for problem-solving in challenging scenarios.
Completion of an industry-standard apprenticeship.
A valid, clean driving license.
Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to support team dynamics.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with operating handheld electronic devices.

Package:
Competitive salary, 40-hour work week, door-to-door travel, fully expensed vehicle, fuel card, and mobile device provided.
