- Conducting confidential interviews and assessing candidate capabilities.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Researching and developing recruitment leads.
- Implementing a sustainable candidate-led strategy.
- Full Profit & Loss Responsibility.
- Developing and executing business development strategies at both local and national levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a proven track record of high billing (10K - 15K per month, £130K per year).
- A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Driven and energetic, capable of building a desk from the ground up and achieving results.
- Background in sales and recruitment within an agency setting, with a strong desire to succeed.
- An excellent opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking organization.
- Must have a Recruitment Agency background.
- Must be set up as a Limited Company.
Benefits
60% commission scheme: Retain 60% of everything you bill.
Flexibility to work hours that support your lifestyle.
No ceiling on your earning potential.
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for driven, experienced consultants looking to advance their careers in an autonomous manner.
