We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our experienced Science Department at Academics. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching exceptional Science at Key Stage 3 and 4, engaging and enthusing all learners, and being committed to the school ethos of ready, respectful, safe.
The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, a proven track record of raising attainment, and the ability to teach outstanding lessons. They will also demonstrate high levels of ambition and optimism regarding what the Academy and its students can achieve.
We are a co-educational secondary school in Buckinghamshire, with a smaller than average student body of around 800 pupils. Our students aspire to a love of learning and empower each student to reach their fullest potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching and learning
