Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be based in the North East region and will engage with clients at various locations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: £23,796-28,000 (commensurate with experience), with opportunities for bonuses and readily available overtime.
- Standard work hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Annual leave: 23 days plus bank holidays, increasing by one day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days.
- Additional paid leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers for annual training.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to your Field Manager, you will be the face of our company, enhancing relationships with existing clients and ensuring compliance with their systems. Collaborate with supportive colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
Main Duties Include:
- Conducting water sampling.
- Monitoring temperatures.
- Descaling shower heads and hoses.
- Servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs).
- Performing tank cleans and inspections.
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining cooling towers.
- Conducting endoscopic inspections of calorifiers.
- Executing mains injection pipework chlorination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical services, including closed heating and chilled system testing, and water treatment for boilers.
- Plumbing and water treatment remedial skills.
- Experience in acid descaling of boilers, towers, and condensers.
