About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Maintech Recruitment LTD. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of capital projects across the UK, working closely with our clients in the water treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects within the portfolio, ensuring tight control of programme, delivery, quality, and commercial deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Project, Commercial, Design, and Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Resource planning for all ongoing works to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Plan resources effectively and ensure internal processes are followed, including monthly programme and forecast updates.
  • Follow tender processes and supplier evaluations.
  • Be the key face for the business with clients throughout the project delivery.
Requirements
  • Extensive project management experience within the manufacturing and engineering sector.
  • Experience within the water treatment/ utilities industry and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements within the sector.
  • Hold qualifications in Project Management (APM, Prince 2, etc.).
  • Experience of problem-solving, risk management, complaint management, and implementation of countermeasures.
What We Offer
  • A basic salary of up to £65,000.
  • Company Car/Car Allowance.
  • 8.30am to 17.00pm working Monday – Friday (Hybrid option available).
  • Pension contributions matched by the business.
  • 25 days holiday (plus English bank holidays).
