Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product displays, window displays, and in-store promotions.
- Support sales initiatives, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the host management teams to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Perform various in-store activities, including putting out deliveries, maintaining housekeeping standards, and setting up promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- Free jewellery, ranging from £25-£55 per month.
- Flexible working hours, allowing you to work at times that suit you.
- No weekend working.
