Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Arcus FM. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for supporting the Strategic Contract Manager in managing strategic suppliers and contractors to deliver performance, commercial value, and risk management.

  • Support the Strategic Contract Manager in reviewing supply chain categories to identify opportunities for commercial value, risk management, and sustainability goals.
  • Develop and implement vendor management processes, tools, and policies to achieve supply chain objectives.
  • Manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize vendor management processes.
  • Provide escalation support for the operational Field Team and Helpdesk in relation to service delivery and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contract terms with strategic sub-contractors to ensure value is achieved.
  • Planning, organizing, and attending performance reviews with sub-contractors.
  • Negotiating contracts with current and potential suppliers, including tender processes.
  • Updating subcontract documentation, data, files, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing supplier/third-party contractor service delivery performance.
  • Experience in using high-volume data for trend analysis and performance improvement.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems and continual improvement processes.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety, and Environmental obligations and Legal compliance.
