As a key member of the Wells & Co. Pub Partners team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth through innovative marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the pub's operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales growth
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers
  • Manage the pub's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Collaborate with the Wells & Co. Pub Partners team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing a pub or similar business
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
