We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Rochester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering high-quality results in the water industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with project management and coordination
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with site management to ensure design and procurement are aligned
- Prepare and review construction completion and take-over documentation
- Coordinate technical aspects of the project
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Work closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor to generate cost plans
- Proven experience in project engineering and management
- Experience with NEC3 contracts and water industry construction projects
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related discipline
- APMP or equivalent certification
- Previous experience in water treatment (non-infrastructure) projects
- Ambitious and dynamic personality
- MEICA/Civil works multi-disciplined interfacing
- Experience working on large and complex water industry construction projects
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results
