Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the foodservice industry, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
